The nose is fresh and offers gourmandize, a good definition of the fruit as well as a small crunchiness of the fruit. It reveals notes of lemon, fresh pink grapefruit, small notes of mesocarp associated with small touches of fresh/ fleshy apple as well as hints of quenette/exotic fruits and a subtle hint of lemon flowers. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, finely on the hold and offers gourmandize, a good definition, fullness, a small spheric side as well as a very fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/ pulpy peach, crushed/fresh apple, small notes of apple associated with touches of fresh/ripe lemon, ripe grapefruit as well as fine hints of mandarin, exotic fruits, very discreet hints of toasted oak/ hazelnut and a subtle hint of acacia (in the background). Good length. A small sapidity and a very discreet saline hint in the finish/persistence.

Wine & food pairing suggestion :

Venitian squid ink lasagna of Ricotta and sautéed shrimp, mussels, calamari on a bed of saffron velouté.
