For us, wine is the link. Indeed we arrived at wine by the bottle! We created the La Luolle estate in 2017 while taking over vines organic since the beginning. The link was first established with the Côte Chalonnaise in Burgundy. The land becomes our land thanks

links to the earth, to the elements, to people!

to our efforts, our link with nature - sometimes harsh, sometimes complicit - and with its fruits.

In the vats and in the cellar, we are also linked to gestures and culture. We follow each cuvée, acting wisely between knowledge of the living and a little intuition.

Then we wanted to create links with our team by sharing our intention: to create expressive and palatable wines for each vintage.

Biodynamics is a natural extension for us.

Today these links are reinforced by the loyalty or curiosity of our professional partners and amateurs: they taste the wines and crémants. We even offer a stay in a lodge.
