[…] The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, a mineral frame as well as freshness, a beautiful pulpy/juicy/fresh fruit, suavity, gourmandize as well as a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, raspberry, small notes of violet/cornflower associated with fine touches of pulpy/bright cherry as well as a hint of strawberry, liquorice, black tea, a hint of caramelization, roasted hazelnut, almond and vanilla.
