On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy cassis, crushed raspberry, small notes of small crushed fruits associated with a touch of crushed redcurrant, liquorice, caramelization, vanilla as well as a subtle hint of crushed violet plum and fresh bourbon vanilla.
