The palate is fruity and offers fat, freshness, a small minerality and a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh raspberry, cherry core, fresh strawberry, small notes of juicy cassis associated with fine touches of cocoa as well as a discreet hint of toasted and spices.
