[…] The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a fine freshness, a beautiful gourmand fruit (ripe and juicy at the same time), a fine tension, deepness as well as a small concentration. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed cassis, black cherry, fleshy/ juicy wild strawberry, small notes of small crushed red berries associated with fine hints of juicy violet fig as well as hints of liquorice, tobacco, very fine hints of cocoa, toasted hazelnut, a discreet hint of sage and a racy minerality.
