Dame de Coeur du Château Peyfaures 2018
Bordeaux Supérieur
[…] The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, freshness, a fine suavity, minerality as well as a fine acidulous frame.
On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, violet plum and small notes of bright cassis associated with fine touches of small blue fruits, crushed raspberry as well as fine hints of chocolate, toasted, toasted almond, a subtle hint of toasted hazelnut and a discreet hint of bourbon vanilla (in the background).
