The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful juiciness/gourmandiz­e, precision, a beautiful silkiness, a certain tension, a beautiful bright/ fresh fruit, small fleshiness, tension as well as energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cherry, pulpy wild raspberry, small notes of pulpy violet plum associated with touches of bright red plum, zan, toasted, cocoa, hints of bourbon vanilla, cardamom, sweet spices as well as fine hints of black olive and a very discreet hint of sage. Tannins are elegant and racy. A beautiful bright and elegant fruit. Lot of delicacy and control. Congrats!

The nose is slightly tight and offers power as well as a certain concentrat­ion. It reveals notes of small wild red berries, wild blackberry, small notes of pulpy violet plum associated with touches of black olive, cuben pepper, varietal/olive leaf as well as hints of sweet spices, dark chocolate, vanilla and fine hints of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, wellbalanc­ed and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a good definition, precision, gourmandiz­e, a small richness, a fine grain, vivacity as well as dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, juicy/pulpy cherry, small notes of wild redcurrant associated with touches of red plum, cherry blossom as well as hints of toasted, dark chocolate/mocha, hazelnut, black olive, toasted almond and a discreet hint of coffee. Tannins are structurin­g and very finely sticky. Good length and persistenc­e in fine varietal hints and a hint of good bitterness.

It reveals notes of wild cassis, small wild black fruits, black plum, small notes of violet associated with small touches of pulpy raspberry, graphite, saffron, a racy minerality as well as beautiful hints of fresh local grove and fresh pepper. The palate is fruity, full of balance and offers juiciness, a good definition, gourmandiz­e, freshness, a beautiful delicacy, minerality, a small fat, suavity, a certain power (full of finesse), a small aerial side in the approach as well as a fine, precision and very discreetly tight grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy wild cassis, small pulpy/juicy black berries, small notes of crushed/creamy black plum associated with small touches of blue berries, tobacco, crushed cherry, cardamom, camphor as well as hints of toasted, nutmeg, vanilla and a subtle hint of carameliza­tion (in the background). Tannins are elegant and racy. Good length. This wine should be decanted. A beautiful wine!
