The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers elegance, gourmandiz­e, a beautiful juiciness, delicacy, tension as well as a fine straightne­ss. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ fresh yellow plum, pulpy/fresh white plum, small notes of quince associated with touches of fresh apricot, fleshy apple, a subtle hint of kumquat, sage as well as a very discreet hint of almond (in the background) and an impercepti­ble hint of rosemary. Good length. There are very discreet hints of ripe almond and dry local grove in the persistenc­e.
