(organic) The nose offers elegance, a fine power as well as a very discreetly tight grain. It reveals notes of yellow apple, quenette and small varietal notes associated with touches of lemon as well as discreet hints of fresh garrigue. The palate is fruity and offers structure, concentrat­ion, a fine tension, an iodized / racy mineral, gourmandiz­e, roundness (in finesse) as well as a fine and discreetly tight grain. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of lime, quenette, green apple and small notes of quince associated with varietal touches as well as hints of verbena, fresh garrigue, fresh almond and toasted. Good length.

Limoux (Chardonnay) The nose is elegant, beautifull­y structured, delicate and offers deepness, a fine richness, gourmandiz­e as well as a beautiful freshness (in finesse). It reveals notes of fleshy / fresh yellow apple, fresh / juicy pear and small notes of fresh quince associated with touches of juicy small white fruits, fresh/ripe small yellow plum as well as hints of racy / saline minerality, acacia, brown butter as well as very discreet almost fresh sage hints, fresh almond, toasted oak (in the background) and an impercepti­ble almost peppery hint (in the background). The palate is fruity, fresh, elegant and offers a well-mastered power, a small unctuosity, sapidity, deepness, fullness, a well-mastered richness, finesse, energy, a fine tension as well as an iodized minerality. The constructi­on is full of control and finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy peach, juicy yellow apple and small notes of fresh / juicy pear associated with touches of crushed mirabelle plum, fresh sage, white flowers, lime, hints of iodine / saline minerality, brown butter as well as discreet hints of garrigue (in the background), almond flowers and an impercepti­ble toasted hint (which brings roundness / gourmandiz­e). Good length and gourmandiz­e. Beautiful persistenc­e with hints of butter, salinity as well as on the flesh of the fruit.

The nose is fruity and offers a small power as well as a fine intensity. There are notes of pear, quince and small notes of mandarin associated with touches of lychee, lemon, fine hints of crushed yellow apple, small exotic fruits as well as discreet hints of spices, anise and a very discreet hint of honey. The palate is fruity and offers a beautiful definition, a nice fat, a beautiful suavity, a nice roundness, a very nice balance, a beautiful acidulous frame, ”peps” / energy, deepness as well as a fine unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed / bright yellow apple, small yellow fruits, quince and small notes of white peach associated with touches of mandarin, citrus zest, varietal hints (dry local grove, anise), a very discreet hint of star fruit as well as subtle hints of spices, toasted and a very discreet hint of honey. A beautiful, gourmand, elegant and racy wine. Presence of an impercepti­ble almost saline hint and tannic sensation (on toasted almond) on the finish / persistanc­e. Beautiful, suave and sapid persistenc­e.
