The nose is aromatic with a certain concentration. It is a bit tight and offers a fine straightness. There are notes of mesocarp, tangerine, dried kumquat zest and more lightly of mandarin associated with small touches of medicinal herbs / Edelweiss. There is a hint of apple cider vinegar, a subtle hint of juicy nuts and a subdued note of almond. The palate is fruity, juicy, fresh and offers tension as well as an acidulous frame. It’s pretty, a little tight, dynamic and energetic. There are notes of juicy / tangy apples, lemon and more slightly of kumquat zest. There is a touch of mesocarp, tangy yellow berries, hints of medicinal herbs as well as a subtle freshness of eucalyptus and fresh straw. There is an imperceptible hint of almond and toast. The finish is on flavor.

The nose is fresh, fruity with a beautiful burst of fruit. There are hints of juicy / fresh lemon, two tangerines and more lightly crunchy yellow berries paired with a hint of lemon blossoms, fresh quince and a subtle hint of apricot blossom. There are fine hints of fresh straw and walnuts. The palate is fruity, finely tight with juice and offers a mineral frame with a good definition, some tension, a little fat as well as straightness. It reveals notes of juicy lemon, lemon seeds, tangerine and slightly tangy / crunchy small yellow fruits. There is a touch of apples, fresh cider and a subtle hint of straw, spices and walnuts. An imperceptible hint of acacia in the background accompanies hints of grilled almond. Good length. Discreet tannic hint in the aromatic (in the background) as well as a saline hint on the lingering finish. Good job on the bitterness on the finish.

There are notes of tangy yellow apples, yellow berries and slightly crunchy pears paired with a touch of dried zest as well as a hint of eucalyptus / lime. There are white flowers and subtle toasted / hazelut hints. The palate is fruity, juicy, tangy and offers a good definition, a certain gourmandize, tension, a nice acidulous frame, a nice finesse of the grain as well as a good ”sense of detail”. There are notes of juicy / tangy lemons, tangy green apple and more slightly of quince associated with touches of crunchy yellow berries, crunchy peach as well as a fine hint of lime, white flowers and a hint of walnuts / walnut vinegar. We find the notes of quince, dried apples and more slightly peach associated with touches of yellow berries, pineapple, yellow flowers as well as a subtle hint of almond, honey / beeswax and discreet white blossoms / medicinal blossoms. We finish with fine hints of pepper and toasted almond. Presence of a discreet salinity in the background. Good length. Discreet firmness on the lingering finish.

The palate is fruity, gourmand, suave and offers a nice juicy / tangy frame, good definition, fleshy, roundness as well as finesse. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of lemon, seed and more slightly tangy / juicy quince. There are also touches of yellow berries, pineapple, lychee, as well as a hint of verbena, acacia and discreet hints of spice. There are hints of toasted almond as well as an imperceptible hint of almost vanilla and walnuts in the background. There is a nice tannic side on the finish with some chewiness. It is a lovely, charming, pulpy, fresh and nicely tangy wine. The finish has a discreet crunchy/fresh fruit side.
