The palate is fruity, elegant, very delicate, harmonious and offers richness in subtlety, a beautiful finesse of the grain, energy, a beautiful freshness as well as a fine unctuosity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy blackberry, bright cassis and small notes of crushed cherry associated with touches of violet, cornflowers, mocha, hints of laurel berries, colas, toast as well as a subtle toasted hint and pepper on the finish / persistence. It reveals notes of bright cassis, boysenberry and small notes of ripe plum associated with delicate touches of cuben pepper, strawberry as well as hints of violet, racy minerality, a discreet hint of spices, rose and a subtle hint of saffron (for its flowery side). The palate is fruity, elegant and offers minerality, freshness, a certain fat, matter, a certain richness (but with a beautiful balance/a fine aerial side), volume, delicacy as well as subtlety.
