Côtes de Gascogne the nose is exuberant, open and gourmand demonstrating very dark fruits, blackberries, blackcurrant, black plums, black cherries, some prunes and spices. the palate is round, smooth and opulent with bold but well-managed, chewy tannins, refreshing acidity, a lot of concentration but still fresh and vivid. the wine is revealing crunchy but ripe black fruits, blueberry pie notes, sweet spices, mellow prunes and figs. the finish is slightly bitter with a pleasant sweetness at the end.

Côtes de Gascogne on the nose the wine is open, accessible and expressive, showing nuances of red cherries, strawberries, cranberries, raspberries with a touch of cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon and bell pepper. the palate is fresh, straight-forward and elegant with bold, grippy but fine-grained tannins supported by intense fruity notes of red plums, red cherries, barberry and goji berries. the oaky notes are well-integrated and support the elegant structure of the wine. the finish is long and noble. Côtes de Gascogne the nose is delicate and fine, showing notes of raspberries, strawberries, red and black cherries, plums with a touch of dried herbs, bell pepper and spices. the palate is elegant and fresh with a nice tangy acidity and chewy, slightly drying tannins. the palate reveals notes of red fruits, cherry wood, cranberry, some bay leaf and a touch of black pepper. Very refreshing style to drink slightly chilled. fruity and juicy finish.
