On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, pulpy/juicy black berries and, more slightly, of blackcurrant, tart raspberry as well as fine hints of liquorice stick, toastiness and a subtle touch of vanilla. The tannins are racy and very finely firm.
