The nose is fine, elegant, subtle and offers a fine intensity. It reveals notes of swett spices, cedar wood and a very discreet hint of caramelized brown sugar associated with slight hints of lemon zest, small white fruits as well as an imperceptible hint of quenette, gray pepper and honey. The palate is fruity, fine, elegant, straight, well-balanced, nicely fleshy and offers a beautiful elegance and a beautiful suavity. On the palate this Rum expresses notes of grilled wood, cigar, and discreet hints of candied lemon, candied nectarine associated with slight touches of honey / salted butter caramel as well as an imperceptible hint of tobacco (bottom) and spices. Good length. Beautiful suavity and persistence!
