Haut-Médoc - Cru Bourgeois

The nose is fruity and relatively juicy. It reveals slight notes of blackberry and cassis associated with touch of wild strawberry, small red berries as well as notes of spices, a hint of pepper, cherry as well as woody touch and a discreet hint of cardamom. The palate is fruity, mineral, racy, wellbalanced and offers freshness, a good volume, a small juiciness, a mineral frame as well as a slight acidity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, cassis and slight notes of wild strawberry associated with a hint of redcurrant, plum as well as slight notes of toasted oak and discreet hints of sweet spices. Tannins are fine and very slightly dry. Good length.
