The nose is fine, elegant, pure and quite intense. It reveals notes of blackberry, sour cherry and fine notes of crushed cassis combined with delicate hints of spices, cloves and slight notes of zan. The mouth is fruity, mineral, pure, elegant, very fresh, quite straight and offers fat, a small juiciness, a nice silky matter as well as tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry cream, sour cherry, cassis and notes of fresh raspberry, small red berries combined with slight notes of toasted wood as well as a very discreet hint of chocolate, licorice and slight notes of cedar wood. Tannins are fine and well built.
