Graves

-

The nose is fruity and quite powerful. It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis and minerality / flint associated with fine hints of morello cherry, cassis bud, licorice, spices as well as a discreet hint of nutmeg and an imperceptible tip of pepper. The palate is fruity, relatively mineral, fluid and offers a small fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, black cherry and cherry tail associated with fine hints of cassis, a discrete hint of cassis bud, minerality and a discreet toasted hint. Good length. There is a fine bitterness in the mouth.
