The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, elegant, specific and offers ac acid frame as well as a slight gourmandize, a beautiful minerality and definition. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of cherry jam, plum and slight touch of redcurrant associated with hints of soft milk caramel as well as a very discreet toasted note. Good length.
