The nose is aromatic, full and relatively elegant. It reveals notes of cassis, fresh raspberry and slight notes of Quetsche plum, leather/empyreumatic associated with a woody hint as well as a very discreet hint of gray pepper. The palate is fruity, mineral, elegant, round, ample and offers a beautiful definition, precision as well as an acid frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy plum and crushed blackberry associated with slight notes of raspberry, toasted oak as well as a discreet hint of liquorice. Good length.
