P. Ferraud & Fild Domaine Rolland 2015

Brouilly

-

The nose is fruity as well as relatively aromatic and full. It reveals notes of cassis, boysenberry and redcurrant associated with slight hints of cherry, liquorice stick as well as a discreet hint of flowers and an imperceptible hint of gray pepper. The palate is fruity, mineral, fat and offers a beautiful acid frame, a small freshness as well as a good definition. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of wild strawberry and redcurrant associated with slight notes of black cherry, cassis as well as a discreet hint of flowers, zan and a very discreet woody hint. Tannins are fine and young. Good length and persistence.
