Moulin-à-Vent

The nose reveals notes of crushed blackberry and crushed plum associated with slight notes of blueberry, red fruits, liquorice as well as slight notes of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly fleshy and offers a mineral frame as well as fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy Quetsche plum and slight notes of blueberry associated with hints of red berries, red fruits as well as a discreet hint of hawthorn, zan and chocolate. There is a slight woody/caramelized note on the finish.
