Morgon

The nose is fruity, full and relatively intense. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry and sour cherry associated with slight hints of plum, wild strawberry, discreet hints of cherry as well as hints of spices and white pepper. The palate is fruity, dynamic and offers a beautiful definition, a slight minerality, a good volume, juiciness, a slight acid frame, fat as well as roundness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of raspberry, fleshy Quetsche plum and slight notes of sour cherry associated with touches of wild strawberry, redcurrant as well as discreet woody hint. Tannins are fine, a bit young and well-built. Good length and persistence. There is a very slight hint of rose on the finish.
