The nose is fruity, fine, elegant and gourmand. It reveals notes of cassis jam, crushed blackberries and hints of Quetsche prunes associated with hints of olive tree and zan, as well as a discreet hint of tobacco, cardamon and woody touches. The mouth is fruity, fine, mineral, elegant, juicy, aerial and offers a beautiful acid frame, a nice expression / definition as well as tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, plum and cassis jam combined with fine hints of raspberry, red berries as well as slight notes of licorice, toasted oak and a touch of cardamon. Tannins are fine, elegant and slightly dusty. On the finish there are very fine notes of chocolate. A beautiful wine! Good job!
