The nose is fruity, elegant, juicy and quite gourmand. It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry jam and slight notes of blueberry associated with hints of crunchy Gariguette strawberry, toasted oak as well as a discreet hint of caramelization. The palate is fruity, fine, well-balanced and offers a slight acid frame, fat as well as a beautiful racy minerality. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry jam, plum cream and hints of cherry associated with hints of raspberry, chocolate as well as hints of black olive. Good length.
