The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of blackberry cream and cassis associated with slight notes of butter, toasted oak as well as a very discreet hint of caramelization. The palate is fruity, mineral and offers an acid frame as well as a slight juiciness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of cassis, Quetsche plum and slight notes of strawberry, redcurrant associated with touch of toasted oak, caramelization as well as a very discreet hint of mocha. Good length.
