The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of blackberry and slight notes of small wild fruits associated with a small note of raspberry, slight notes of zan as well as a discreet touch of spices and tobacco. The palate is fruity, fine, sleek, mineral and offers a slight acidity (in the background), a mineral frame as well as a slight freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry cream, cassis and slight notes of juicy raspberry associated with hints of zan, toasted oak as well as a discreet note of spices and tobacco. Tannins are fine and slightly dry (small over-extraction).
