Ni­co­las Frion is a tal­ented chef who has made his home in the ter­roir of Aquitaine, his adopted re­gion. Cur­rently chef of the restau­rant Le Gabriel (gourmet restau­rant and bistro) he made his de­but among the fa­mous names of French gas­tron­omy. For­merly Chef of the Miche­lin-starred restau­rant Le Chapon Fin emer­i­tus, his ca­reer has al­lowed him to rub shoul­ders with Thierry Marx at Che­val Blanc in Nimes then Cordeil­lan-Bages and Gérard Boyer in Crayères (Reims) and Paul Bo­cuse.

Fol­low­ing a tra­di­tion of gas­tron­omy, Ni­co­las Frion breathes a wind of cre­ativ­ity, fresh­ness and moder­nity into Gabriel’s kitchen. On the one hand, the gourmet restau­rant for which the Chef imag­ined an up­scale kitchen, el­e­gant, re­fined and de­li­cious meals made from sea­sonal in­gre­di­ents care­fully se­lected from re­gional pro­duc­ers. With pre­cise cook­ing and an exotic touch, the kitchen Frion Ni­co­las and his team in­vite you to a culi­nary jour­ney.
