Nicolas Frion is a talented chef who has made his home in the terroir of Aquitaine, his adopted region. Currently chef of the restaurant Le Gabriel (gourmet restaurant and bistro) he made his debut among the famous names of French gastronomy. Formerly Chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant Le Chapon Fin emeritus, his career has allowed him to rub shoulders with Thierry Marx at Cheval Blanc in Nimes then Cordeillan-Bages and Gérard Boyer in Crayères (Reims) and Paul Bocuse.
Following a tradition of gastronomy, Nicolas Frion breathes a wind of creativity, freshness and modernity into Gabriel’s kitchen. On the one hand, the gourmet restaurant for which the Chef imagined an upscale kitchen, elegant, refined and delicious meals made from seasonal ingredients carefully selected from regional producers. With precise cooking and an exotic touch, the kitchen Frion Nicolas and his team invite you to a culinary journey.
On the other side, the Bistrot Gourmand, delicate and authentic menu waiting for you to include you in the discovery of the wonders of the Aquitaine terroir. His goal: Obtaining a Michelin star and why not a second?!
