The nose is fruity and offers a fine fresh­ness and a fine cre­mos­ity. It re­veals notes of rasp­berry sor­bet and a dis­creet hint of lime as­so­ci­ated with slight notes of white fruit, a sub­tle hint of exotic fruits/ quénette as well as a dis­creet hint of yuzu and bri­oche (in the back­ground). The palate is fruity, creamy, well-balanced and offers a nice acid frame, fat, a fine acid­ity, a good fresh­ness, suavity and fi­nesse. On the palate, this wine ex­presses notes of rasp­berry and slight hints of fresh straw­berry Gariguette as­so­ci­ated with slight notes of quenette, pear, fresh ap­ple, ripe white fruit as well as a dis­creet hint of exotic fruits, lemon / Yuzu and a dis­creet hint of bri­oche.
