Bestheim Premium - Brut

Crémant d’Alsace

VertdeVin - - Interview -

The nose is fruity and finely gourmand. It reveals slight notes of white peach, cassis bud and ripe pear combined with slight touches of ripe lemon as well as a discreet hint of minerality and a subtle hint of almond/hazelnut. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, dry, finely incisive and offers juiciness, a nice fat, a good roundness, freshness, a fine acid frame and softness. The effervescence is fine. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe apple, ripe vine peach and ripe exotic fruit combined with slight notes of ripe lemon as well as discreet notes of Tangerine (in the background) and a subtle hint of almond. Good length and persistence. There is a discreet hint of almond on the aftertaste.
