The nose is fruity, fresh, in­tense, el­e­gant and of­fers a slight con­cen­tra­tion. It re­veals slight notes of date and fig as­so­ci­ated with slight hints of crys­tal­lized lemon, candied pear, a dis­creet hint of peach as well as slight notes of sweet spices, al­mond and a dis­creet hint of honey. The palate is fruity, min­eral, well­bal­anced, fine and of­fers a beau­ti­ful acid frame, a good def­i­ni­tion, a good fresh­ness, ten­sion, fat as well as a very beau­ti­ful straight­ness. In the mouth this wine ex­presses notes of crys­tal­lized lemon, crys­tal­lized man­darin and slight notes of al­mon, fresh ap­ple, vine peach as­so­ci­ated with hints of honey, litchi, sweet spices, a slight hints of zests as well as a very dis­creet hint of pâtis­serie (in the back­ground) and very slight notes of dried apri­cot. Beau­ti­ful aro­matic per­sis­tence on slight hints of dried apri­cot, al­mond and crys­tal­lized lemon.
