The nose is fruity, aro­matic, el­e­gant, racy and of­fers fresh­ness, com­plex­ity and den­sity. It re­veals notes of black­berry, cas­sis and fine notes of ripe red fruits (straw­berry, rasp­berry) as­so­ci­ated with fine touches of un­der­growth / mush­room, for­est floor, Tar­weed as well as dis­creet hints of dried to­bacco, slightly minty liquorice, oak, spices and a very dis­creet / im­per­cep­ti­ble touch of gray pep­per (in the back­ground). The palate is nicely fruity, well-bal­anced, nicely fresh and of­fers a fine ten­sion, a nice ele­gance, a nice grain, a nice har­mony, del­i­cacy, a melo­di­ous as­pect as well as a beau­ti­ful, dense, silky and fine mat­ter. On the palate this wine ex­presses notes of crushed cas­sis, juicy blue­berry, rasp­berry and wild straw­berry…
