The nose is fruity, rich and offers gourmandise and a fine concentration. It reveals notes of Zante currant and dried citrus associated with small notes of white fruit in syrup, cherry, mandarin marmalade, vanilla, slight toasted notes and a subtle hint of white pepper / spices. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-built / defined, wellbalanced and offers elegance, richness, a nice fat, gourmandise and a very fine unctuosity. On the palate, this Rum expresses notes of candied lemon, caramelized pear and touches of apple in syrup associated with touches of caramel / pâtisseries, vanilla, a touch of crushed strawberry as well as an imperceptible touch of chocolate, liquorice stick (in the background) and spices. Good length.
