Domaine de la Navicelle – Esprit 2014

Côtes de Provence

-

The nose is fruity and offers a fine concentration / intensity. It reveals notes of wild blackberries and violets combined with fine notes of cassis, wild strawberry, blueberry, a subtle touch of ripe redcurrants as well as a discreet hint of zan, spices, tea, wood and an imperceptible hint of tobacco. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built, racy and offers a nice suavity, finesse, mineral frame, tension, a good density as well as freshness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy strawberry and slight notes of cassis associated with a hint of fleshy raspberry, fleshy plump as well as subtle touches of wood, spices, a touch of chocolate and an imperceptible hint of coffee (on the persistence). Tannins are well-built. Good length.
