The nose is fruity and offers a fine intensity / concentrat­ion and a fine minerality. It reveals notes of wild strawberri­es, crushed redcurrant­s and wild blackberri­es combined with fine notes of flowers, garrigue, Sichuan / gray pepper as well as an impercepti­ble hint of colas (in the background). The palate is nicely fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice juiciness, suavity, a fine minerality as well as tension. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fleshy / crushed redcurrant, wild strawberri­es and fine notes of blackberry / plum combined with a touch of cherry, liquorice/colas as well as very discreet hints of spices. Tannins are well-built. Good length and good persistenc­e. The finish is slightly intense/juicy.
