The nose is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a slight power, concentration, a slight straightness as well as minerality. It reveals notes of quince, yellow fruits and subtle hints of orange associated with hints of peach as well as subtle hints of beeswax and toasted. The palate is fruity, wellbalanced, aerial and offers a beautiful straightness, an acid frame, a beautiful minerality, deepness, a nice definition as well as an aerial aspect. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, kumquat and subtle touches of yellow peach associated with discreet hints of butter, vanilla/ toasted and a very discreet hint of oak (in the background). There is a subtle hint of salinity on the persistence/finish. Good length and beautiful persistence. Beautiful ageing potential.
