The nose is aromatic, finely powerful and offers a fine delicacy as well as concentration. It reveals notes of honey, cereals and fine touches of kumquat, candied / dried orange associated with a subtle hint of apricot as well as a discreet hint of honey, almond and an imperceptible touch of chocolate. The palate is aromatic, well-balanced, finely powerful and offers roundness, finesse and fat. On the palate, this Whisky offers notes of honey, candied orange zest, kumquat and fine touches of lemon zest associated with hints of juniper, wood, a discreet grilled hint as well as touches of spices and cedar. Good length and good persistence. There is a hint of caramel on the aftertaste. (Available only at the Distillery)
