The nose is powerful. It’s reveals notes of apple, Kirsch cherry and fine notes of quenette, apple, butter biscuit combined with a touch of caramel and a subtle touch of Virginia tobacco and Quetsche plum. The mouth is aromatic, wellbalanced and offers power as well as straightness. On the palate this Whisky expresses fine notes of cooked apple, quince and a touch of candied lemon associated with touches of cedarwood, tobacco, vanilla, a subtle liquorice / toasted hint as well as a fine hint of menthol and boxwood. Good length.
