Burnside - 4 Year Barrel-Aged Straight Bourbon Whiskey

The nose is fruity and offers a fine gourmandise. It reveals notes of candied lemon, orange zests and slight touches of dried peach associated with slight hints of spices, molasses as well as subtle hints of dried lemon zests and a slight touch of vanilla. The palate is frutiy, well-balanced, slightly powerful and offers a slight fat and roundness. In the mout this Bourbon expresses notes of lemon paste, orange/mandarin dried zests associated with touches of yellow peach, spices as well as subtle hints of spices. Good length. The finish is relatively powerful.
