The nose is fine, powerful and aromatic. It reveals notes of juniper, Sherry and nougatine associated with fine touches of fruit, cedar wood, pear caramel and touches of walnuts and honey. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine juiciness, a fine suavity, a nice structure, straightness and sweetness. On the palate, this Whisky expresses notes of caramel, crème brulée, pear, nougatine and dark chocolate with a subtle hint of juniper and a discreet touch of walnuts. Good length.
