Oregon Spirit Distillers Straight American Bourbon Whiskey

The nose is aromatic, fine, quite gourmand and offers elegance. It reveals fine notes of lemon zests and touches of dried mandarin zests associated with hints of peat, subtle touches of beeswax, dried grape, an imperceptible hint of dried fig as well as subtle touches of spices and a very discreet hint of pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, wellbalanced and offers a slight suavity/fat, a slight gourmandise, finesse, straightness as well as tension. In the mouth this Whiskey expresses notes of dried yellow grape, dried peach and small notes of lemon paste, dried citrus associated with subtle touches of dried orange zests, subtle touches of peat, cereals as well as a discreet hint of vanilla and a very discreet/imperceptible hint of grilled bread (in the background). Good length and persistence.
