Distillery – Camp 1805 Downstream Whiskey

-

The nose is slightly powerful. It reveals notes of Zante currant and cane sugar associated with slight touches of lemon paste, kumquat as well as slight touches of beeswax and slight hints of peat. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight mineral frame, fat, roundness as well as sweetness. In the mouth this Whiskey expresses slight touches of cane sugar, Zante currant and candied lemon associated with slight touches of caramelized oak as well as subtle touches of sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of peat (in the background). Good length. There are a discreet hint of coffee and a discreet hint of cherry on the finish.
