On the palate this wine expresses notes of apple, quince and small notes of fresh physalis associated with a touch of brugnon, a hint of pear as well as an imperceptible touch of egg cream and brioche. Good length.

The palate is fruity, well-balanced, dynamic, well-built and offers a nice acid frame, a nice freshness, a fine straightness and a good definition. The effervescence is quite fine and dynamic. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy apple, fresh nectarine and small notes of lemon associated with touches of quenette as well as a subtle hint of mirabelle plum and beeswax. Good length and good persistence.
