Quincy The nose is fruity, fresh, racy and of­fers a slight gour­man­dise. It re­veals notes of fresh lemon, green ap­ple, grape­fruit and ripe peach as­so­ci­ated with small notes of zests and flint. The palate is fruity, min­eral, racy, well-built and of­fers fat, fresh­ness, a fine straight­ness, pre­ci­sion as well as a beau­ti­ful acid frame. In the mouth this wine ex­presses notes of ripe/fresh lemon and vine peach as­so­ci­ated with slight notes of ap­ple, green lemon, zests as well as touches of flint, green lemon zests and a very dis­creet hint of hazel­nut (in the back­ground). Good length.

Quincy The nose is fruity, fresh and of­fers min­ral­ity as well as a nice struc­ture. It re­veals notes of fresh lemon, ex­otic fruitss and a small touch of flow­ers as­so­ci­ated with hints of racy min­er­al­ity/clay as well as a sub­tle touch of quenette/crushed ap­ple. The palate is fruity, fat, well-bal­anced and of­fers a slight acid frame, ten­sion, gour­man­dise as well as a beau­ti­ful min­er­al­ity. In the mouth this wine ex­presses notes of ripe lemon, fresh man­darin and small notes of green ap­ple as­so­ci­ated with touches of grape­fruit zests as well as touches of clay. Good length and per­sis­tence.

It re­veals notes of sweet lemon, ripe green ap­ple and slight notes of brugnon as­so­ci­ated with a hint of fresh cit­rus as well as a dis­creet hint of fresh al­mond. The palate is fruity, well-bal­anced, very slightly sparkling / «per­lante» (on the at­tack) and of­fers fi­nesse, suavity, an acid frame, soft­ness, a racy min­er­al­ity, a nice vol­ume, round­ness as well as a good def­i­ni­tion. In the mouth this wine ex­presses notes of ripe lemon, ripe nec­tarine and small notes of ap­ple as­so­ci­ated with hints of lemon zests/clemen­tine as well as touches of clay and a very dis­creet hint of fresh al­mond. Good length.

It re­veals notes of fresh lemon and fresh man­darin as­so­ci­ated with a sub­tle hint of crushed brugnon, clay/flint as well as a very dis­creet hint of ex­otic fruitss (quenette, pas­sion fruits) and an im­per­cep­ti­ble hint of kumquat. The palate is suave, fat, racy and of­fers ten­sion, round­ness, a nice def­i­ni­tion, ele­gance as well as a small del­i­cacy. In the mouth this wine ex­presses notes of ripe nec­tarine, ripe lemon and small notes of ap­ple, clay as­so­ci­ated with dis­creet hints of ex­otic fruitss as well as an im­per­cep­ti­ble hint of al­mond. Good length. The fin­ish and the per­sis­tence are beau­ti­fully gour­mande.

In the mouth this wine ex­presses notes of ripe lemon, ripe clemen­tine and small notes of peach as­so­ci­ated with hints of ex­otic fruitss as well as slight hints of flint and fresh al­mond. Good length.

It re­veals notes of lemon zests, ap­ple and clay as­so­ci­ated with slight notes of crushed nec­tarine (in the back­ground) as well as an im­per­cep­ti­ble hint of flow­ers. The palate is fruity, well-bal­anced, well-built and of­fers an acid frame, suavity, gour­man­dise as well as fi­nesse. In the mouth this wine ex­presses notes of juicy/ripe clemen­tine as­so­ci­ated with small notes of ap­ple, ripe lemon, green lemon zests as well as a touch of com­poted peach, fresh pineap­ple and slight notes of clay. Good length and per­sis­tence on touches of cit­rus, cit­rus zests and peach.

La­porte - Les Grand­mon­tains 2014

Sancerre The nose is fruity, gour­mand and of­fers ele­gance. It re­veals notes of straw­berry, cherry, rasp­berry and slight notes of cas­sis as­so­ci­ated with a dis­creet toasted, zan as well as an im­per­cep­ti­ble hint of mush­room (in the back­ground). The palate is fruity, well-bal­anced, nicely gour­mand and of­fers fi­nesse, suavity, a slight juicy frame, a nice struc­ture as well as a racy min­er­al­ity. In the mouth this wine ex­presses notes of rasp­berry, crushed straw­berry and black­berry as­so­ci­ated with slight/dis­creet touches of crushed red­cur­rant, toasted oak, sweet spices as well as a very dis­creet hint of car­damom and an im­per­cep­ti­ble hint of mush­room in the back­ground. Tan­nins are well-built. Good length and beau­ti­ful per­sis­tence.

It re­veals notes of wild straw­berry and red­cur­rant as­so­ci­ated with slight touches of black­berry, Cuben pep­per as well as a dis­creet hint of flow­ers, spices, a dis­creet toasted hint and an im­per­cep­ti­ble hint of earth (in the back­ground). The palate is fruity, quite el­e­gant and of­fers ten­sion, gour­man­dise, suavity, an acid frame, juici­ness, fresh­ness as well as straight­ness. In the mouth this wine ex­presses notes of rasp­berry candy, fleshy straw­berry and small notes of cas­sis as­so­ci­ated with a sub­tle hint of vi­o­let as well as slight hints of licorice, caramelized oak and a very dis­creet hint of sweet spices. Good length and per­sis­tence.

The palate is fruity, well-bal­anced and of­fers a beau­ti­ful fresh frame, acid­ity (in the mid palate), min­er­al­ity, a fine gour­man­dise, round­ness, ten­sion as well as fresh­ness. In the mouth this wine ex­presses notes of rasp­berry/cherry, black­berry and red­cur­rant candy as­so­ci­ated with small notes of cas­sis, a touch of vi­o­let, zan as well as an im­per­cep­ti­ble hint of to­bacco and earth. Tan­nins are very slightly firm. Good length.
