Columbia Gorge, Ore­gon The nose is fruity and of­fers a slight con­cen­tra­tion. It re­veals slight notes of racy min­er­al­ity/flint as­so­ci­ated with small notes of cit­rus zests, cit­rus as well as sub­tle hints of ripe fruits/ex­otic fruitss. The palate is fruity, well-bal­anced and of­fers a beau­ti­ful round­ness, a nice def­i­ni­tion as well as gour­man­dise. In the mouth this wine ex­presses notes of lemon paste and small touches of ap­ple, Wil­liams pear as­so­ci­ated with slight touches of flint as well as sub­tle hints of ex­otic fruitss and spices on the fin­ish. Good length.

Wy’East vine­yards - Rosé Es­tate Grown 2016

Columbia Ore­gon, Ore­gon The nose is fruity and slightly gour­mand. It re­veals notes of straw­berry and fleshy/fresh rasp­berry as­so­ci­ated with slight hints of ap­ple as well as a sub­tle touch of cit­rus. The palate is fruity, min­eral, well-bal­anced, quite sup­ple and of­fers a beau­ti­ful suavity, a nice fresh­ness, gour­man­dise as well as a beau­ti­ful def­i­ni­tion. In the mouth this wine ex­presses notes of fleshy Gariguette straw­berry, fleshy rasp­berry and slight hints of juicy plum chair as­so­ci­ated with a slight touch of ap­ple, sub­tle hints of lemon as well as a very dis­creet hint of min­er­al­ity and an im­per­cep­ti­ble hint of fresh man­darin (in the back­ground). Good length.

Columbia Gorge – Ore­gon The nose is aro­matic, racy, slightly pow­er­ful and of­fers a slight in­ten­sity as well as a slight ele­gance. It re­veals notes of plum, black cjerry and slight hints of juicy/crushed cas­sis as­so­ci­ated with a dis­creet hint of choco­late, oak and a very dis­creet hint of pep­per and an im­per­cep­ti­ble hint of corn­flower. The palate is fruity, well-bal­anced, rel­a­tively tight and of­fers a very slight min­er­al­ity, fat as well as a very slight fresh­ness. In the mouth this wine ex­presses notes of pur­ple plum and slight notes of black cherry, juicy blue­berry as­so­ci­ated with a sub­tle touch of red fruits jam, toasted hints oak as well as a sub­tle/dis­creet hint of spices and a very dis­creet hint of to­bacco (in the back­ground). Good length.

It re­veals notes of very ripe plum and very ripe black­berry as­so­ci­ated with sub­tle hints of red fruits (red­cur­rant, cherry) in the back­ground, a hint of prune as well as a sub­tle hint of licorice and choco­late. The palate is fruity, well-bal­anced and of­fers a slight min­eral frame, a slight fresh­ness, ten­sion, fat, a slight suavity, a slight straight­ness as well as a nice fresh­ness. In the mouth this wine ex­presses notes of fleshy plum and ripe straw­berry as­so­ci­ated with slight touches of very ripe blue­berry as well as a sub­tle hint of licorice and a woody hint. Good length.

Columbia gorge, Ore­gon The nose is aro­matic, con­cen­trated, well-built and slightly pow­er­ful. It re­veals notes of crème de cas­sis, black cherry and slight touches of wild straw­berry as­so­ci­ated with dis­creet hints of red­cur­rant sweet, spices, toasted oak as well as a very sub­tle hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity, suave, well-built, well-bal­anced, racy, fine, con­cen­trated and of­fers ten­sion, a slight acid frame, a slight fresh­ness as well as min­er­al­ity. In the mouth this wine ex­presses notes of black­berry cream, cas­sis and small woody touches, vanilla, spices as well as sub­tle hints of pep­per, choco­late, licorice and an im­per­cep­ti­ble hint of carameliza­tion. Tan­nins are slightly firm, a bit tight and slightly dusty. Nice per­sis­tence (with a hint of choco­late).

Columbia Gorge, Ore­gon The nose is fruity and of­fers a slight con­cen­tra­tion. It re­veals notes of quince and kumquat as­so­ci­ated with sub­tle hints of or­ange, beeswax, small yel­low fruits as well as a very dis­creet hint of min­er­al­ity (in the back­ground) and an im­per­cep­ti­ble hint of sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-bal­anced, min­eral and of­fers a slight fresh­ness, a slight suavity as well as resid­ual sugar. In the mouth this wine ex­presses notes of ripe yel­low ap­ple, quince and touches of kumquat as­so­ci­ated with sub­tle hints of yel­low fruits as well as a dis­creet hint of beeswax and slight notes of sweet spices (on the per­sis­tence). Good length. The per­sis­tence is rel­a­tively gour­mand.

Columbia Val­ley The nose is fruity. It re­veals fine notes of red fruits and black­berry as­so­ci­ated with a sub­tle hint of bell pep­per and a slight hint of spices. The palate is fruity, well-bal­anced and of­fers a slight min­eral frame, suavity as well as a slight juici­ness. In the mouth this wine ex­presses notes of cas­sis, straw­berry and slight touches of rasp­berry as­so­ci­ated with a hint of black­berry and an im­per­cep­ti­ble hint of spices. Good length.

Natal – Columbia Val­ley The nose is fruity and well-struc­tured. It re­veals notes of straw­berry and cherry as­so­ci­ated with slight touches of spices, tonka bean, pep­per as well as sub­tle hints of juicy fruits and an im­per­cep­ti­ble touch of nut­meg. The palate is well-bal­anced, juicy and of­fers fresh­ness, a slight min­eral frame, a slight gour­man­dise, a nice struc­ture, pre­ci­sion as well as a cer­tain straight­ness. In the mouth this wine ex­presses notes of black cherry and cherry as­so­ci­ated with slight touches of plum, touches of straw­berry jam as well as hints of tonka bean, choco­late and a sub­tle hint of nut­meg/ spices.

Columbia Gorge The nose is fruity, struc­tured, racy and of­fers a fine straight­ness. It re­veals slight notes of ripe black cherry and boy­sen­berry as­so­ci­ated with slight touches of ripe red­cur­rant, cas­sis, a hint of plum as well as sub­tle touches of earth and spices. The palate is fruity, well-bal­anced, racy and of­fers a slight min­eral frame, a slight suavity, gour­man­dise, fat, a slight acid­ity, straight­ness as well as a nice struc­ture. In the mouth this wine ex­presses notes of red cherry and cas­sis as­so­ci­ated with slight touches of black cherry, a woody hint as well as sub­tle hints of ca­cao beans, sweet spices and sub­tle touches of vanilla. Tan­nins are fine and struc­tur­ing. Good length.
