Nearly 700,000 people gathered in London on October 20 for a protest march demanding that the government organise a new referendum on Brexit. The march was called by People’s Vote, a group campaigning for the public to have a say on a final deal. According to them, it was the biggest protest of its kind, with thousands of demonstrators coming from across the country to attend.
