Un excellent restaurant italien/pizzeria niché à 3100 m d’altitude, c’est possible ? Ou alors vous aurez droit à une pseudo pizza ? Eh bien nos origines italiennes en font foi. Ce nouveau restaurant, en plus d’avoir une très belle salle intérieure et une terrasse accueillante, peut vraiment se prévaloir d’une carte aux accents italiens avec des produits d’excellente qualité. Nous nous sommes intéressés de plus près au système de cuisson de la pizza, et le four est vraiment révolutionnaire : rotatif, alimenté au gaz et au bois, il permet une cuisson uniforme à rythme soutenu. Excellent ! À noter que l’établissement est accessible aux piétons.

We took a particular interest in the pizza cooking procedure. The gas and wood-fired rotary oven is truly revolutionary, producing evenly cooked pizzas at a rapid pace. Brilliant ! It is worth noting pedestrians can access the restaurant.
Nouvelle télécabine Kumme (domaine Rothorn)
Sur le domaine du Rothorn, vient d’être inaugurée une nouvelle télécabine d’une capacité horaire de 1500 personnes, qui vous amènera de Tuftern au sommet. Pour mieux visualiser, on se trouve ici tout à gauche du plan des pistes. Pour rester dans l’air du temps, l’atteinte à la nature a pu être réduite au maximum et la renaturation planifiée, grâce à un suivi environnemental sans relâche au moment des travaux.
À la pointe de la technique, la télécabine se distingue par une conception intelligente et connectée, ainsi que par une sécurité optimale. En particulier au moment de l’embarquement et du débarquement des voyageurs, dont la surveillance est assurée par des caméras et des capteurs.
New Kumme Gondola Lift (Rothorn Resort)
