Vous n’y arriverez pas par hasard…. En effet, il faut sortir du village et rouler quelques kilomètres pour trouver ce charmant chalet/restaurant.
De par son nom on peut deviner que l’établissement n’est pas loin d’une chute d’eau (fälle) qui, nous a-ton dit, est ravissante. Comme nous arrivons à la tombée de la nuit, nous l’entendons mais ne pouvons la voir ; il nous faudra croire les ondit, mais les photos affichées à l’intérieur le confirment. Une bonne raison d’y revenir au printemps et en été pour une randonnée. La cuisine est clairement traditionnelle et la viande locale mise à l’honneur. Notons que le restaurant dispose de quelques chambres, et qu’il est possible d’y séjourner quelques jours.
You won’t find this restaurant by chance… As it happens, you have to leave the village and drive several kilometres to find this charming chalet-restaurant.
From its name, we can guess that the restaurant is not far from a waterfall (fälle) which is delightful, we are told. As we arrived at nightfall, we heard it but couldn’t see it. We had to believe what people said and the photos shown inside confirmed it. This gives us a good reason to come back in spring and in summer for a ramble.
The cuisine is obviously traditional and they focus on local meat. We note that the restaurant has a number of rooms available and a stay of several days is possible.
Restaurant Bühlberg
Appartenant à l’hôtel Lenkerhof, ce restaurant s’appuie sur la même qualité de produits que son grand frère dans le village ; il possède une belle terrasse et l’ambiance y est décontractée.
La viande occupe une place importante mais les Rösti avec speck et fromage (plat traditionnel Suisse à base de pommes de terre) vous apporteront également l’énergie nécessaire pour votre effort sportif de l’après-midi.
The Restaurant Bühlberg is owned by the Lenkerhof Hotel and places the same emphasis on high-quality produce as its big brother in the village. It has a lovely terrace and relaxed atmosphere.
Meat predominates but Rösti with speck (bacon) and cheese (a traditional Swiss dish made from potatoes) will also stock you up with the energy required for your afternoon sports efforts.

Chalet de montagne typique, ce restaurant est un autre lieu incontournable pour déjeuner sur les pistes. Cuisine traditionnelle et personnel souriant et chaleureux en font une pause vraiment agréable.
This restaurant is a typical mountain chalet and another «must» to visit when taking lunch on the slopes. The traditional cuisine and smiling, friendly staff make it a really nice place for a break.
