IK UNO Synth Pro

-

With the UNO Synth Pro, IK Multimedia has given its first hardware synthesizer a big brother: And this one has it all: The compact device comes up with three analog oscillators. This allows not only interesting house chords and stabs, but also polyphonic playing thanks to paraphony. Oscillator synchronization, frequency and ring modulation as well as a noise generator expand the sound spectrum.

In conjunction with the drive parameter, the multimode filter can easily create more aggressive sounds in the style of a Korg MS-20. Smacking basses and percussive sounds are its strengths. In addition, UNO Synth Pro has a low-pass filter whose resonance reaches self-oscillation. Both filters can be connected in series or parallel in various ways. The sounds created can be refined with the good sounding effects. UNO Synth Pro is also available in a cheaper desktop version for the home studio, here you have to do without the good keyboard and the stable housing.

A robust metal housing and a very good keyboard recommend the UNO Synth Pro as a compact synthesizer for the stage, which inspires with a raw, independent and assertive sound. Thanks to the variable sound generation, it masters a wide range of classic analog sounds. A real enrichment not only on stage is the sequencer with 64 steps, with which classic 303 riffs succeed like wildly modulating sequences or even simple drum beats. You can also record parameter runs. The CV/ Gate inputs can also be used as modulation sources in the new matrix, which allows the deeper integration of a modular system.
