On the tracks of its development with the new Jaguar I-PACE
From the racetrack back to the road – the guiding principle of the motorsport arm of Jaguar, namely “Race to Road”, was implemented literally following the finale of the electric motorsport season in Berlin, when it sent its new all-electric Jaguar I-PACE, which now has three-phase charging, on a 2000 kilometre road trip. Jenny Becks, presenter of Jaguar IPACE eTROPHY and Formula E, made her way to the Austrian production facility in Graz; she made a stopover with the IPACE at the Jaguar Land Rover Test Centre at the Nürburgring and at the headquarters of the technology partners Mennekes and Viessmann. Before arriving at Magna Steyr in Graz, the production site of the Jaguar I-PACE, she had an appointment in Munich, where the local mtz - Munich Taxi Centre has been operating ten I-PACE in tough taxi operations since 2018. Also in the Bavarian capital Jenny Becks met an avowed I-PACE fan: brand ambassador and actor Kostja Ullmann.

Von der Rennstrecke zurück auf die Straße – die Leitlinie seines motorsportlichen Engagements „Race to Road“nahm Jaguar nach dem Finale der elektrischen Motorsportsaison in Berlin beim Wort und schickte seinen neuen vollelektrischen Jaguar I-PACE, der nun über dreiphasiges Laden verfügt, auf einen 2.000 Kilometer langen Roadtrip. Jenny Becks, Moderatorin der Jaguar I-PACE eTROPHY und Formel E, machte sich auf dem Weg ins österreichische Werk in Graz; Zwischenstation machte sie mit dem I-PACE im Jaguar Land Rover Testcenter am Nürburgring sowie bei den Unternehmenszentralen der Technologiepartner Mennekes und Viessmann. Vor der Ankunft bei Magna Steyr in Graz, der Fertigungsstätte des Jaguar I-PACE, stand noch ein Termin in München an, wo das dortige mtz – Münchner Taxi Zentrum seit 2018 zehn I-PACE im harten Taxieinsatz betreibt. Ebenfalls in der bayerischen Landeshauptstadt traf Jenny Becks auf einen bekennenden I-PACE-Fan: Markenbotschafter und Schauspieler Kostja Ullmann.
